What’s the difference between insurance-based consults & 1:1 coaching?
My insurance-based services focus on medical nutrition therapy (MNT) consultations, which may be covered by your insurance, depending on your plan. These sessions are either one-time or periodic, where I review your goals, health history, and provide expert guidance tailored to your needs. Each session gives you actionable advice and direction.
On the other hand, 1:1 coaching is a subscription-based service that provides personalized, ongoing support. With coaching, you’ll have constant communication with me, and I’ll create custom meal plans, supplement routines, cardio schedules, and training programs specifically designed for you and your goal so you don’t have to think. As your body changes, your plans will evolve too. This is a more hands-on, dynamic experience for those who want continuous guidance and adjustments to meet their health and fitness goals as they progress.
What if I can't eat certain foods
As a Registered Dietitian, I'm trained to work around these restrictions. In addition to that, I can analyze why certain foods may not be suitable for you if it's not due to an allergy.
